1.          Return - If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return it to Kayzee Products & Gems Ltd within 7 days of  purchase date for a full refund of your purchase price, minus shipping*, handling, packaging and insurance charges where applied. Please note that the merchandise returned must be in the same condition as sent to be acceptable for refund or exchange. Merchandise must be returned via same courier company who delivered it. Refunds will be in the original form of payment.

2.      PAYMENT - We accept Western Union Money Transfer, TT / wire transfer. All orders must be fully or at least partly prepaid for. COD ORDERS only apply to old customers.

3.      Placing orders – Place all your orders via our order page for swift attention.

4.      Sample – This can be requested for by new customers or exiting ones who need to know about a product before placing large order.

5.   Delivery – Shipping and Handling is done by U.S.P.S, UPS, FedEx EMS or B.A. Tracking # will be sent to you immediate your parcel is dispatched. Shipping charges are determined by weight and destination. We will determine the best method of shipping based on your order. If you require special delivery services, please request these at the time you place your order. A phone number is required for all orders.

6.   Products availability - If you're interested in any of our products you can place order, there’s always availability of material as we restock every forth night, Sometimes due to the volume of orders we receive, an item can go out of stock before we're able to post notification to the site. We shall notify you as soon as we get your order and let you know when the item will be back in stock.

MINIMUM ORDER & DISCOUNTS - The minimum order is $350.00, we offer discount base on quantity and mode of payment, however, we give 10% discount to IGS members in all transaction except if otherwise.
